When will I receive my items?
Our aim is for you to enjoy the most coveted furniture at much lower prices than you will see on the high street. As our furniture is made to order it may take a little longer than a trip to the high street, but we think it is worth the wait. Our delivery timeframe is 12-14 weeks.
How will my furniture be delivered?
We will email you as soon as your item arrives in our warehouse. The delivery partner we work with will contact you to let you know exact delivery time and date, which if not convenient can be re-scheduled to a time more suitable for you.
Can I change my delivery address?
Of course you can. Simply click on contact us and send us the new address and we will update your details. If your items have already been dispatched you may incur a charge for re-arranging the delivery, however prior to being despatched, address details can be changed at any time.
How can I contact the delivery company?
Once your item arrives in the UK, we work with Yodel to safely and efficiently deliver your furniture to you. Yodel will contact you once it arrives and arrange a convenient delivery time. If you have any questions simply get in touch with us.
What happens if I'm not there when my items are delivered?
If you are not there at the time Yodel deliver, a delivery card with a unique parcel reference number will be left so you can contact Yodel to re-schedule a delivery time convenient to you. If you have any questions around deliveries, please contact us.
